Kindermusik's Village class Zoom Buggy and Dream Pillow meets this fall
semester for 14 weeks meeting once a week for 45 minutes.
The class is designed for lap babies, crawlers, and walkers accompanied
by a parent or caregiver. Research tells us what we intuitively knew all
along: cognitive, social, and emotional development begins in a newborn’s
very first days of life, and from the very beginning, we can do much to
stimulate that growth in a very natural and loving way. Kindermusik
introduces multiple levels of activities appropriate for the
different stages of development in this age range. Throughout the classroom
experience, you will learn how activities aid in your baby’s development.
Each class opens with a gentle gathering time. Then the musical activities
begin, gentle rocking, bouncing, flying, swooping and vocal development.
Home material is an important aspect of Kindermusik, you are your child’s
best teacher, and the home material will assist you during the week. The
home materials consist of musical cds, beautifully illustrated board books
and a baby instrument. Cost $230.00

Kindermsuik Our Time fall semester meets for 15 weeks - meeting once a week for
45 minutes *Smart Toys and Books class will be 30 to 35 minutes due to smaller
class size. During class we will focus on your child’s healthy emotional development
as their confidence, curiosity, self-control, and communication begin to take shape.
We recognize their need for both freedom to try and the assurance of your support.
Instrument exploration nurtures their self-esteem and facilitates their discovery of
textures and sounds. Language skills are fostered with singing, sound imitation,
rhyming and object identification. Creative dancing to different musical “moods”
affirms their urge to move. The anticipation and rewards of listening are introduced,
and with turn-taking activities, social skills begin to blossom. Home material includes
musical cds, wonderfully fun books, a special instrument and home activity book.

discovery and exploration…. A journey that is only limited by the power of
imagination. Your child’s unique interests will be fully engaged in an
environment that invites the development of the whole child—allowing for
curious young minds, bodies and voices to reflect, compare, make choices,
express opinions, solve problems, sing and move—all through a joyful
musical experience. For the pre-school age child, every day is a new
discovery waiting to happen.

5 to 7 Years - Young Child

Kindermsuik for the Young Child, children are ready to learn the
fundamental musical concepts involved in instrument instruction,
vocal study, and music composition in an encouraging and fun, yet
structured environment. Young Child provides a group approach
to music education which offers children a unique opportunity to
learn music and prepares them for more formal music training.
Expressive movement is involved in classes for children to
experience musical concepts, motor exploration and control, and
focus on fine motor development. Focused listening activities will
enable the children to learn and identify orchestral instruments,
become familiar with master works, and identify characteristics of
music in other cultures. Cost includes material: semester one -
home CD, Glockenspiel - semester three: home cd and dulcimer

learning in a multi-age, multi-child, family environment This is a great way for parents with
children of various ages to spend time together, doing one activity as a family. The little ones
watch the older ones, and learn from them. The Family Time class includes fourteen, 45 minute
classes, and a set of At Home Materials. The integrated materials feature two children’s books,
two instruments, two CDs of songs and activities from class, one family activity book, as well as
two puppets that are featured characters in the class. $320 family fee, $235 one child family.
